Draft — pending legal review. These are not final terms.

Terms of Use

Draft · not yet in effect

These terms cover your use of Rolechia. We've written them in plain language so they're easy to follow. A lawyer hasn't reviewed them yet, so please treat this as a draft.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Rolechia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

2. What Rolechia is

Rolechia is a résumé builder. You keep one canonical career profile and generate résumés from it, export PDFs, and optionally share a public link.

You own the content you put in. Rolechia is a tool that helps you present it — it doesn't take your work as its own.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. Regular users sign in with a magic link sent to their email; staff accounts use a username and password.

Please provide accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Rolechia for anything illegal, don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and don't abuse public links — no spam, malware, or impersonating other people.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of your résumé data and everything you add. You grant us only the limited licence we need to store, process, render, and display that content back to you — for example, to generate your PDF or show your public link.

We don't sell your content and we don't claim it as ours.

You decide whether to publish a public CV link and what it contains. Anything you choose to make public is your responsibility.

You can unpublish a link at any time, which stops sharing it.

7. Paid templates

Some templates may be paid. A template purchase is one-time: once you buy a template, it's yours to use indefinitely. There is no subscription for templates.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep Rolechia running, and we may change, add, or remove features as the product evolves — it's currently in beta.

We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Rolechia is provided "as is" while in beta. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

This section is deliberately generic and will be reviewed by a lawyer before these terms are final.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. They're versioned, and if we make material changes we'll ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Rolechia.
